What to Expect
A calm, immersive sound experience with crystal singing bowls, bassoon, and gentle soundscapes to support rest and reconnection.
Some people come on their own, some come with friends, and some bring family. Everyone is welcome.
You can lie down on a mat or sit in a chair. Some people drift into sleep, while others simply enjoy listening.
There is no pressure to participate in any particular way. Just arrive as you are, get comfortable, and rest.
Bring a mat, blanket, or pillow if you’d like to lie down. Warm layers are recommended, as the church can feel cool.
