🗣️ Vocal Yoga – Humming, Breath & Spacious Sound

A gentle voice and body practice that reconnects you to yourself through vibration, breath, and stillness.

We use simple humming, resonant tones, and spacious awareness to soften the nervous system, release tension, and bring the voice back to its natural state — not for performance, but for presence.

🌿 Why Humming?

Humming is one of the most powerful tools for calming the body and opening the voice.

  • It soothes the vagus nerve, helping regulate stress and anxiety

  • It massages the inner body through vibration

  • It can lift mood, clear mental fog, and even help with sleep

  • It supports breath awareness, grounding, and inner spaciousness

💫 The Power of Space

Each session includes time for silence and stillness — a chance to feel the echo of your own sound.

That space is where integration happens — where sound becomes sensation, and the body begins to unwind.

🏡 Practising at Home

Even just 2–3 minutes of humming a day can shift your energy.

You don’t need any equipment, training, or goal. Just hum gently, feel the vibration, and notice what changes.

This simple habit can build emotional resilience, vocal freedom, and inner calm over time.

“Every time you hum without agenda, you purify vibration.”
