Hello & welcome to Tuning In.
On this page you will find the exercises, creative activities, poems, songs, art, walking route and pictures of the local area relating to the theme of the month, and a recording or film of our new version of a well-known song using inspired by the groups responses to the theme.
If you were at the session you may just want to explore and be reminded of the things we did, or if you are a friend or family member you may enjoy seeing what we got up to and enjoy exploring the theme yourself.
