🌊 Flow Zone — Friday 25th July 9am-10:30am – Creative Space for Neurodivergent Adults

Music • Movement • Expression • Ease

Flow Zone is a gentle, autism-friendly group for adults who want to explore creativity, sound, and movement in a relaxed and non-judgmental space. It’s especially suited to people with mild to moderate learning disabilities, autism, or other neurodivergent ways of processing the world.

Each session includes:

• A calm arrival with soft music or sounds

• Optional emotional check-ins using colours or Zones of Regulation

• Group rhythm or movement games

• Time to explore sound, instruments, drawing, or movement in your own way

• A gentle close, often with live music (e.g. bassoon, singing bowls, or loops)

You’re free to join in however feels right — by listening, moving, using your voice, drawing, playing instruments, or simply being part of the group. There’s no pressure to speak or perform, and the energy of the session is guided by the group.

It’s ideal for:

• Adults with autism or neurodivergent communication styles

• People who enjoy gentle creative interaction with time to process

• Those who benefit from routine, spaciousness, and choice-based engagement

• People who prefer low-demand social spaces where everyone is accepted as they are

Led by Luke from Tuning In CIC, who has worked for many years in inclusive settings like Bridge College. His approach blends sound, movement, and creative flow with care, humour, and flexibility.

🌀 We also run My Zone — a sensory-based session especially for adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and those with higher support or sensory regulation needs.
