Book a sound bath, a workshop day or a longer collaboration. I’m happy to begin with a conversation.

This form is for paid sessions and projects with Luke Crookes | Tuning In, through my freelance practice—including businesses, schools, cultural organisations and groups. I’m based in North Manchester and welcome enquiries from London, across the UK and internationally.

Looking for a ticket to a local community sound bath? See the St Chad’s dates and book here. Those public sessions are run separately through Tuning In CIC.

Make an enquiry

A single session, a workshop day or something longer—you do not need a finished brief. If your plans or budget are still taking shape, simply say so.

A few details are enough to start. Fields marked “optional” can be skipped. Please do not include individual medical information or other confidential participant details.

This is a starting point, not a quote. We can discuss the fee and practical arrangements together.

    Add a few details (optional)

Luke Crookes will use your details to respond to this enquiry. Sending it does not make a booking or subscribe you to marketing. How your enquiry is handled.

    What happens next?

    1. Start a conversation. I will read your enquiry and we can discuss whether the work is a good fit for your setting.
    2. Agree a plan and fee. Together we clarify the format, dates, staff involvement, preparation, travel and any follow-up.
    3. Confirm the booking. Once the arrangements are agreed, we confirm your booking. Sending an enquiry does not make a booking.

    How your enquiry is handled

Luke Crookes, working freelance as Luke Crookes | Tuning In, is responsible for the personal information you send through this enquiry form. I use your contact details and enquiry information to respond and discuss a possible booking or project.

I rely on my legitimate interests in responding to professional enquiries, developing suitable projects and protecting this form from spam. Your information is not used to add you to a marketing list.

The form sends your enquiry to my email account at lukecrookes@me.com. This website is hosted by WordPress.com. To help prevent spam, the form also sends the information you enter, together with technical information such as your IP address and browser details, to Akismet. Read Akismet’s privacy information and Automattic’s visitor privacy notice.

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Please do not include names, diagnoses, medical information or other confidential details about individual learners or participants. General information about the setting and support arrangements is enough at this stage.

Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is needed to respond to an active enquiry or develop a possible project. If we agree a project, relevant records may be kept separately for its administration and any applicable record-keeping requirements. Retention depends on whether the conversation or project is still active and whether there is an ongoing administrative or legal need; this form does not automatically delete email correspondence.

For privacy questions, to object to this use of your information, or to ask about access, correction, restriction or deletion, email lukecrookes@me.com. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
