Group Descriptions

Our Groups — what happens, benefits & what to bring

Every group is relaxed, welcoming, and co-created. Come as you are — move or rest, join in or simply listen. You’re welcome either way.

Baby Boppers (0–18 months)

What happens: Gentle music & movement play, slow nursery rhymes, sensory textures, soft drumming, and calm floor-time with your baby.

  • Supports bonding, early communication & co-regulation
  • Simple ideas you can repeat at home
  • Low-pressure, baby-led — pause anytime for feeds/settling

Bring: Blanket or mat if you’d like. You can expect: A calm, friendly space; no “performing,” just gentle play.

Toddler Boppers (18 months–5 years)

What happens: Playful movement games, call-and-response songs, simple instruments, shape/texture exploration, and “follow-the-energy” activities.

  • Builds confidence, rhythm, turn-taking & imagination
  • Choice-led — join, watch, return; all valid
  • Great for lively movers and quiet observers

Bring: Water, comfy clothes. Expect: Joyful noise, clear boundaries, soft landings.

Bumpy Boppers (for expectant mothers)

What happens: Breath-led humming, voice massage for jaw/hips, gentle soundscapes, and rest. Partner-friendly if you’d like to bring someone.

  • Soothes nervous system; supports body awareness
  • Easy voice practices for labour & late pregnancy
  • Quiet connection time with baby

Bring: Cushion/blanket. Expect: Slow pace; you can sit, stand, or lie down.

Baby Sound Bath (baby & toddler sound bath)

What happens: Soothing bassoon, soft percussion, slow nursery rhymes, dim lights — a gentle space to ease the “witching hour.”

  • Helps little ones settle and unwind
  • Calm end-of-day transition for mums & babies
  • No pressure to join in — listening is enough

Bring: Blanket/mat. Expect: Quiet, cozy atmosphere; come and go as needed.

Brain Games (mind & memory exercises for adults)

What happens: Gentle movement, rhythm patterns, call-and-response voice, drawing/number play, and music-led focus tasks.

  • Supports memory, attention & mood
  • Fun, social, and accessible at any level
  • Great for “waking up” brain-body connection

Bring: A curious mind. Expect: Friendly challenge with lots of laughs.

  • Open to all — come as you are

Bring: Yourself. Expect: Warm welcome; no experience needed.
