This policy applies to public Sound Bath bookings at St Chad’s Church, New Moston, through Tuning In CIC.
Cancellations and changing your date
Contact Tuning In at least 24 hours before the session for a refund or to move your booking to another date. Refunds are subject to a £1 administration fee per booking. Within 24 hours, refunds and date transfers are not available.
How the £1 deduction works
The £1 administration fee is deducted from your refund per booking, not per person.
There is no administration fee for moving your booking to another available date when you give at least 24 hours’ notice. The £1 deduction does not apply when we cancel your session or where you are legally entitled to a full refund. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Existing bookings retain the cancellation terms agreed when you booked.
Request a refund or transfer
Reply to your booking confirmation email with your booking name, session date and the places you would like to cancel or transfer. We will confirm the refund amount or the new date with you.
