Optional: arrive at 6:00pm for a free 15-minute Hum Bath — a gentle way to arrive and settle
What to Expect
A calm, immersive sound experience using crystal singing bowls, bassoon, and gentle sound to support rest and reset.
Bring something comfortable to lie on, and something warm to cover you (mat, blanket or pillow) — it can feel a little cool in the church, even with the heating on.
